Inn at Court Square

Welcome to the Inn at Court Square, a small boutique hotel located in Charlottesville, Virginia. Here, you’ll discover two beautifully restored houses known for their architecture.

Built in 1785, the federal period house is the oldest existing house in historic downtown Charlottesville. Next door, the 1918 houses boasts a rare Mansard roof, characteristic of the mid-nineteenth century. This luxury Inn offers ten upscale guestrooms with private bathrooms, many of which are equipped with working fireplaces and whirlpool tubs. A complimentary glass of wine and housemade cookies are offered upon check-in. Complimentary on-site parking, wi-fi, and high definition cable TV are also available.

The DeLoach family owns and operates the Inn. They have painstakingly restored the house, the interior of which highlights their many years of experience in the antique business. Their antiques are for sale throughout the Inn and at DeLoach Antiques next door.
