Built in 1785, the federal period house is the oldest existing house in historic downtown Charlottesville. Next door, the 1918 houses boasts a rare Mansard roof, characteristic of the mid-nineteenth century. This luxury Inn offers ten upscale guestrooms with private bathrooms, many of which are equipped with working fireplaces and whirlpool tubs.
