Meetings Description: Chic, light-filled yoga studio with clean, inviting décor has two rentable spaces: one large, high-ceilinged room that accommodates up to 30 (on yoga mats) and a second smaller space with a bay door that opens onto an outdoor courtyard with deck and water feature. Capacity varies, according to use, but rental of the entire space (both studios and courtyard, weather accommodating), accommodates up to 75 mingling people comfortably. Wired sound system in the large studio and bluetooth system in the smaller studio. Wifi. Conveniently located downtown on Preston Avenue, yet has ample free parking. The studio has a bright lobby, changing room and rest room. Ideally suited to the following uses: ~ mind body, dance, and movement workshops or day retreats ~ Freelance mind body therapy practices (two massage tables available for rental) ~ Intimate acoustic concerts, commitment ceremonies or rehearsals ~ Dance, nia, zumba parties ~ “Pop-up” art or arts & crafts exhibits/sales ~ Rehearsal space for ceremonies, performing arts, etc. ~ Community groups, book clubs, ~ Freelance photographer’s portrait studio Convenient for food pick-up from: The Juice Laundry, Marie Bette, Sticks, Mona Lisa, Kardinal Hall, etc.
