Selvedge Brewing is a Virginia craft brewery focused on unique small-batch, culinary-inspired beers. Simply, these are beers crafted to be paired with food; and food that is best with beer. Named for the original wool fabrics produced when Woolen Mills was a working mill, Selvedge beers range from New-England-style IPAs to pastry stouts - and everything in between.
