Smoked Kitchen and Tap's menu includes farm fresh salads, delicious sandwiches, and other hand-crafted options in addition to the famous, slow-smoked barbecue Central Virginia has fallen in love with. Everything is made from scratch and sourced from the freshest, highest quality ingredients. The secret dry rubs and five distinct sauces are all made in house.
