The South Paddock Winery at Whitehall Farm

Our vineyard is a small, family-run operation. We grow Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot, and Chardonnay grape varietals and carefully craft small-batch wines that embody the relaxed elegance of the Virginia countryside. Each season brings something special in the vineyard; from early spring’s tentative green shoots to summer’s lush & exuberant growth to winter’s restful dormancy.

The South Paddock Winery is the perfect place to enjoy our wines, abundant cheeseboards, and to relax into a slower pace of life. Located at the heart of the 310 acre farm, the winery has a spacious interior perfect for hosting large groups. The hydrangea terrace and meadow are ideal spots to bring a picnic and relax. Outside food is welcome. Outside alcoholic beverages are prohibited by law. Pups are welcome on the terrace provided they are leashed and friendly. Check here for hours and directions. We will be adding more hours as we grow and add more wines!
