Art Gallery Opening & Exhibition

View large-scale photographs of traditional musicians by Christopher Bickford while listening to tunes with members of the Blue Ridge Irish Music School (BRIMS). A brief introduction to the works, the artist and BRIMS will take place at 6 p.m.

Most of the subjects of Bickford's portraits are local performers, interspersed with well-known traveling musicians from Ireland and Scotland who frequently visit the Charlottesville scene.

The exhibition will show through March 29, in the PVCC Gallery, located on the 3rd floor of the V. Earl Dickinson Building on the PVCC campus in Charlottesville.
