Chicken Fabrication

A hands-on workshop with Mount Ida Executive Chef Jabari Wadlington. Jabari will teach chicken fabrication, cutting a whole chicken down into parts for cooking, and demo a chicken recipe for everyone to taste.

Participants will then get to practice on their own Bellair broiler to take home. All materials needed for the workshop will be provided. We recommend bringing a cooler to transport your chicken home, but all materials will be provided (unless you want to bring your own sharp knives to use during the workshop).
