Grapevine Gathering at Birch & Bloom

Take a communal seat in L'Orangerie, our private dining room, and experience four courses with wine pairings on March 12th at 6:30pm. The meal begins with a Ceviche Classico, featuring rockfish, leche de tigre, sweet potato, red onion, cilantro, and choclo, paired with a 2021 J.B. Becker Riesling Spätlese Trocken from Wallufer Walkenberg, Rheingau, Germany. The second course is a Pork Belly Steamed Bun, with pickled daikon, tamarind, rocoto pepper sauce, ginger, and scallion, complemented by a 2022 Arianna Occhipinti Nero d'Avola Rosso SP68 from Sicily, Italy. The third course, Ribeye a lo Pobre, comes with tacu-tacu, plantain, egg yolk, aji amarillo, and salsa criolla, matched with a 2019 Bodega Garzón Tannat Single Vineyard from Uruguay. Finally, the dessert, Suspiro Limeña, offers a condensed milk custard, meringue, passion fruit, and huacatay, served alongside a 2021 Mas Amiel Muscat de Rivesaltes from Roussillon, France.
