Meditation on the Inner Light

Learn a simple meditation technique to bring joy peace positivity and relaxation to life. This event includes an opportunity to practice a simple form of silent meditation.

We meet on the second Tuesday of the month from 7 - 8 pm in the Lower Lounge at the Westminster Church on Rugby Rd.

All are welcome – free of charge – inclusive of all religious interests ages races genders and orientations.
