C3 is a local climate advocacy organization that believes the power to confront climate change resides within our communities. The organization works with every sector of our community, from residents, businesses, and local governments, and other community partners to take action, implement policy and reduce emission in Charlottesville, Albemarle County and Richmond, VA.
End your year supporting a meaningful cause by helping C3 meet their financial goals to fuel their essential work in our community while being part of a fun and special Nourishing Movement experience.
Nourishing Movement offers a wide variety of sensation-centered movements that are adjustable for everybody. Set to eclectic and evocative music, Nourishing Movement invites you to move in ways that feel good and challenge you to break habit, giving your body more freedom, options and resilience. No experience whatsoever is necessary. The class can be done barefoot or in shoes, in any clothes that feel good to move in. Chairs are available. Nourishing Movement gets you into your body and heightens awareness and aliveness!
This event is supported by Keep Going Together, a local group working to support our community non-profit organizations.
