Parker Barrow is a Country Grunge Band based out of the City of Music – Nashville, Tennessee. It is the latest project to be produced by Drummer/Song Writer Dylan Turner and features the powerfully raw vocal dominance of Lead Singer and Front Woman extraordinaire Megan Kane. This project is what Turner and Kane consider to be an essential rebranding of their previous endeavor together known as The 81 Run. The couples background in Rock, Blues, Soul and Funk make for an eclectic mix of raw emotion that makes their brand of music unmistakably and distinctively their own.

Turner, originally from La Plata, Maryland migrated to Nashville in early 2018 in pursuit of a new project that would concentrate on a form of Modern Country music more reminiscent of the powerhouse Southern Rock era of days gone by. After a year of grinding on Nashville's famed Broadway scene and experimenting with different line ups substantial roots were developed and the band began to blossom fully with the arrival and full time inclusion of Kane. After a chance encounter with Turner on a random Monday night Kane, a native of Birmingham, Alabama and relative newcomer to Nashville agreed to a three week run with Turner and the band. It quickly became apparent to all that Turner and Kane shared a true vision, sincere passion, appetite and appreciation for life on the road and the live performance genre and they have been together ever since. The duo places high value on their relationship through music and are truly kindred in spirit. From their intimate acoustic sets to powerful high energy full band shows it is apparent that Kane and Turner are exactly where they want to be.

Heavily influenced by the Black Crowes, The Allman Brothers, Tedeschi Trucks and Whiskey Myers the band loves to jam and includes an infusion of the blues with every arrangement. This down to earth band flies high on stage and works hard to take you along on the flight.

The Hackens Boys are a high-energy four-piece group based out of the Shenandoah Valley in western Virginia. Through an eclectic range of influences their sound is rooted in Alternative Country, Post Grunge, Red Dirt, and Rock. With tracks highlighted by pinpoint three-part harmonies and heartfelt melodic storytelling, this unique brand of music lends itself well to a variety of audiences by bridging several genres.

Since their inception in 2005, The Hackens Boys have grown from a camp fire jam session to an award-winning touring act throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. The "Hackens" is a sacred landscape located in the mountains of Highland County Virginia where founding members discovered the inspiration embark on a musical journey that has spanned over a decade.
