ABOUT THE BAND

Mike Burris is a singer-songwriter and guitar player based in Charlottesville, VA. Burris describes his music as "country tinged roots rock" with a nod to Texas blues and a good pop hook. His music tends to resonate with fans of John Hiatt, Tom Petty, James McMurtry, and Jason Isbell. Burris plays throughout the Mid-Atlantic region in his 5-piece electric band, a smaller acoustic trio, and as a solo performer.
