Shagwüf Live for the WTJU Rock Marathon 2025

WTJU Rock & Third Rail are excited to announce that Virginia rockers, Shagwüf, will be playing live during the WTJU Rock Marathon 2025! While the concert is free, donations to WTJU's fundraiser are highly encouraged. The concert will be held offsite at the inside bar & stage area next to The Looking Glass at IX Art Park. You can also listen on 91.1 FM, stream via wtju.net, and video stream on WTJU's Facebook and YouTube channels.

Shagwüf is a fierce, uncompromising trio with roots in Virginia & Argentina. With a variety of influences in their arsenal including Latin cumbia beats, 60's era power pop, gutter-glam and fuzzed out psychedelia, Shagwüf is ear-candy for the music lover. With strong convictions on a variety of social issues, especially BLM and LGBTQIA+ rights, Shagwüf consistently makes their case for a more inclusive and intersectional future.
