Join us for another sensational gathering of gourmet food and wine pairing. We welcome back our good friend Executive Chef Jabari Wadlington who has crafted a St. Paddy's day feast fit for royalty. Paired with our estate grown wines, you might just feel like and Irish king or queen for the day!

Menu includes:

Glittering Green welcome tasting of Sparking Vidal Blanc

First Course:

Corned beef cabbage dumplings, Guinness, ginger, gochugaru

Paired with our Harvest Rose'

Second Course:

Farro acorn squash salad with maple glazed pumpkin seeds, red onion, goat cheese, baby heirloom tomatoes and a lemon honey vinaigrette

Paired with our Cottage White

Third Course:

Red wine braised brisket with Spinach risotto, maitake, demi Glace, parmesan reggiano

Paired with our Hillside Red

Final Course:

Guinness chocolate pot de creme with whipped vanilla bean mascarpone

Paired with our Edgewater Vintage Red

Wine Club Members enjoy a $10 discount.

Dinner begins at 6:00 p.m. at the tasting room at Hardware Hills.
