An undisputed classic and still one of the most beloved, acclaimed, and popular films of all time, THE GODFATHER feels just as fresh and groundbreaking today as it did in 1972. It made Al Pacino a star, it cemented Marlon Brando as the acting force of a generation, and it shed light on the unique and overflowing talent of director Francis Ford Coppola.

Over the years, the film is mostly known in pop culture for Brando's puffy cheeks, the immense bloodshed throughout, and that infamous horse's head. What shouldn't be forgotten, though, is that Coppola and writer Mario Puzo crafted one of the most emotional and complex studies of family, loyalty, and morality ever put to film.

Whether it's your first or 50th time experiencing THE GODFATHER, you can't help but be moved by one of the greatest films ever made.
