Tomato Canning Workshop

Nothing says "summer" like a delicious, ripe tomato. It's a shame that they're fleeting. Whether you want to preserve that sensation for the winter, or you need to handle a flood of tomatoes before they go to waste, or you want to learn a practical skill, join us for an afternoon of pressure canning in a beautiful farm setting.

Each participant will make and take home two different jars of tomato goodness (spaghetti sauce, salsa, or canned tomatoes). Vote when you register to help us decide which recipes to make!

The workshop will take place outside, rain or shine. All experience levels are welcome!
