Board of Directors Special Meeting
July 11, 2023 – 10:30 a.m.
County Office Building, Chris Greene Room 246

PRESENT: Cecil Banks, Chris Engel, Sheldon Johnson, Emily Kilroy, Susan Krischel, Bea LaPisto-Kirtley, Jay Pun, Danny Shea, Gabe Silver, Juandiego Wade, John Wharton.

ABSENT: Russ Cronberg, Mariane Doyle, Shaun Jenkins, Natalie Masri

ALSO ATTENDING: Lauren Bohdan

1. CALL TO ORDER

Chair Gabe Silver called the meeting to order at 10:35 a.m.

a. Roll Call: Gabe Silver invited Lauren Bohdan to perform the roll call.

b. Closed Session: Gabe Silver made a motion to convene a closed meeting. Bea LaPisto-Kirtley seconded the motion. A full vote of the present board members was conducted, and all were in favor. The county attorney was present during the closed meeting.

c. Certification of Closed Meeting: A motion was made to certify the closed meeting. Bea LaPisto-Kirtley seconded the motion. A full vote of the present board members was conducted, and all were in favor.

Chair Gabe Silver adjourned the meeting at 11:15 a.m.
