Notice of Special Meeting for July 11, 2023

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Executive Board of the Charlottesville-Albemarle Convention & Visitors’ Bureau will hold a special meeting on 11 July 2023 at 10:30 a.m. at The County Office Building in the Chris Greene room 246 (Second Floor), 401 McIntire Road, Charlottesville, VA 22902.

The purpose of the meeting is to allow the Executive Board to enter a closed meeting to discuss the assignment, appointment, promotion, performance, demotion, salary, disciplining, or resignation of the Executive Director.

No matter not specified in this notice shall be considered at this meeting unless all Directors are present or a waiver for the required notice is signed by all Directors in advance of the meeting.
