Notice of Regular Board Meeting for February 28, 2022

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Executive Board of the Charlottesville-Albemarle Convention & Visitors’ Bureau will hold its regular meeting on 28 February 2022 at 2:00 p.m. The meeting will be held virtually by electronic means in compliance with i) the Governor’s declared state of emergency and resulting Executive Orders, ii) the City’s and County’s Ordinances to Ensure the Continuity of Government During the COVID-19 Disaster, iii) this Board’s June 18, 2020, Resolution adopting procedures for conducting virtual public meetings, and iv) the Acts of the Virginia General Assembly allowing meetings to be held by electronic means and signed into law on April 24, 2020.
