PRESENT: Russ Cronberg, Chris Engel, Emily Kilroy, Bea LaPisto-Kirtley, Gabe Silver

ABSENT: Cecil Banks, Shaun Jenkins, Sheldon Johnson, Susan Krischel, Jennifer Lyon, Natalie Masri, Jay Pun, Danny Shea, Juandiego Wade, John Wharton

1. CALL TO ORDER

Chair Gabe Silver called the meeting to order at 6:08 p.m.

a. Roll Call: Gabe Silver performed the roll call.

b. Wine Enthusiast Recognition: The directors attended the "Wine Enthusiast Wine Region of the Year” recognition event. No business was transacted. No business was discussed.

The meeting was adjourned at 8:15 p.m.
