Conference Hotels

For larger groups, we have five conference hotels that feature a minimum of 12,000 square feet of total meeting space. Each of these properties includes a main meeting room with a minimum of 4,500 square feet.

In 2025, we will add a sixth conference hotel to our destination with the opening of the Virginia Guest House at University of Virginia.

Boar’s Head Resort

With stunning views of the Blue Ridge Mountains, 18-hole golf course, pool, and hiking trails, the Boar's Head makes a fantastic conference and meeting retreat. You'll find 170 hotel rooms, 14 meeting rooms, and 22,000 square feet of total venue space.

The Forum Hotel by Kimpton

Our newest conference hotel, the Forum is located on the Grounds of the historic University of Virginia. You'll find 198 total hotel rooms, 9 meeting rooms, and 22,000 sq. ft of total venue space.

Omni Charlottesville Hotel

Located on the historic pedestrian Downtown Mall, the Omni offers guests a high-end stay just steps from the heart of Charlottesville's restaurant and arts scene. It offers 205 rooms, 13 meetings rooms, and 12,441 sq. ft of total venue space.

DoubleTree by Hilton

With 239 total hotel rooms, 11 meeting rooms, and 16,150 sq. ft. of venue space, the DoubleTree is a popular choice for meetings and events in Charlottesville.

Holiday Inn Charlottesville University Area Conference Center

Located right near the historic University of Virginia, the Holiday Inn has 170 hotel rooms, 8 total meeting rooms, and 8,016 sq. ft. of total venue space - including their Presidential Ballroom.
