What We Offer Businesses
All businesses located within Charlottesville and Albemarle County that serve visitors are welcome to register with us and set up a free listing on our website. Existing listings can be edited through our Partner Portal.

Mobile Visitor Center
Our travel specialists bring our two Mobile Visitor Centers (MVCs) to various spots in the community on a set weekly schedule. The MVCs are also available to book for special events.
In the past, our MVCs have served visitors at events like UVA Tailgates, Winter Wander at the Boar's Head Resort, and the Grand Illumination on the Downtown Mall. Email info@visitcharlottesville.org to inquire about booking.
Advertise With Us
Ad space is available to purchase on targeted pages across our website. These ads appear on pages such as Places to Stay or Things to Do and are different from the free listings all business are welcome to set up. You are also welcome to sponsor blog content.

Event Calendar
We proudly partner with SceneThink to curate and post events to our calendar. Submissions are reviewed twice a week and will appear on the website calendar within a day after approval.
Please note that while most submissions are approved, not every submission is. In order to have your event approved, it needs to take place within Albemarle County or the City of Charlottesville and be of interest to a visitor.

Job Fairs
Are you looking to hire? We work with local schools and educational organizations to expose students to careers in the hospitality and tourism industry.
Our K-12 workforce programming includes exploration days and fieldtrips, school presentations, and job fairs. To get involved in this work or participate in an upcoming job fair, contact development@visitcharlottesville.org.
Maps, Brochures, and Visitor Guides
We can help you supply your guests or patrons with local maps, brochures, and Visitor Guides. Complete our Bulk Order Form and one of our Travel Specialists will assemble what you need. Orders can be shipped to you or picked up at the CACVB office.
